Ferrari F40 With Sexy Models By ItzKirb Photography

Ferrari F40 With Sexy Models By ItzKirb Photography gassguzzler

Don’t ever make the mistake of describing the Ferrari F40 as a relic supercar. Sure, it’s been around longer than some of us have been alive, but the F40 is considered one of the most iconic Ferrari exotics in the world.
It is powered by a 2,936cc twin turbocharged, alloy 90° V8 putting out an astonishing 478bhp at 7000rpm and 424 lb-ft of torque at 4500rpm. This engine is combined with dual overhead cams controlling four valves per cylinder, a dry sump lubrication system, separate electronic ignition and fuel injection systems for each bank of cylinders, and a Weber-Marelli engine control system. It is mated to a fully synchronised 5-speed manual system with hydraulically actuated single-plate clutch.
The F40 is one of those supercars that can definitely stand on its own in a photoshoot, but photographer ItzKirb doesn’t roll that way. Where there is an exotic in his eyes, there has to be a beautiful women just right beside it.
So there she is, the lovely Hope, a woman with a body that would make men weep. She’s got a cute face too so that’s an added delight. Put her in a photo with a car like the F40 and you’re bound to get a lot of drool in whoever’s using what computer to check out these photos.
Don’t miss out on this saucy photoshoot because you’re going to regret it if you do. Click on the images to get a full-size view..

Nissan GT-R Aloof 01-R Version 2.0 by Abflug

Nissan GT-R Aloof 01-R Version 2.0 by Abflug gassguzzler

This program isn’t exactly a new one, because Abflug already introduced the Aloof 01-R program for the GT-R some years back. For this particular model, it was important to call it Version 2.0 because it really is a new version of the company’s Aloof program on the 2013 GT-R.
Decked with a comprehensive list of exterior, interior, and performance modifications, the Aloof 01-R Version 2.0 program for the GT-R is a real treat, both in the eye and in the pedals. The exterior modification are made up of a slew of new components, including a new front and rear bumper, a dry-carbon roof and upper spoiler, side skirts, a rear over fender, and a rear diffuser. Rounding out the exterior modifications is a set of 20-inch Abflug Prism III wheels wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero tires. When it’s all put together on the GT-R, the end result looks downright saucy.
As for the interior, everything looks to be the same except for the seats, which have been replaced with sportier versions from Bride Zeta. Ho-hum on that end.
As for performance, Abflug collaborated with fellow aftermarket tuner Pentroof to give Godzilla improved firepower. Thanks to the latter’s ECU remap system, the GT-R’s 3.8-liter VR38DETT now boasts 634 horsepower, an increase of 101 horsepower from the standard model’s 542-horsepower output. In addition to the performance mod, Pentroof also gave the GT-R a new set to springs and brakes, as well as other suspension improvements.
Look out for the Abflug-tuned Nissan GT-R Aloof 01-R Version 2.0 at the Tokyo Auto Salon this coming January!

BMW M3 "Sporty Drive" by G-Power

BMW M3 "Sporty Drive" by G-Power gassguzzler

The German tuner G-Power has unveiled yet another tuning kit for BMW M3. Called "Sporty Drive," this new version adds up to 25 percent more power for the car’s V-8 engine and it can be combined with updated suspensions and, of course, a new set of wheels.
The new "Sporty Drive" system is being offered in three versions: SK I, SK II and SK II CS, with the latest one adding up to 190 horsepower to the car’s standard 420 horsepower. All versions include a TU (Technical Update) supercharger system with modified air intake housing, a larger racing air filter and modified ECU software.
On the exterior, the changes are being kept to a minimum and they only include a new set of 20-inch wheels plus a new stainless steel rear sport silencer with 4 x 83 mm tail pipes.

Dodge Viper by Superior Auto Design

Dodge Viper by Superior Auto Design 2013 gassguzzler

While the all-new SRT Viper hogs all the limelight, most have forgotten that there was a predecessor that served as a halo car to generate some excitement, in an otherwise boring lineup of cars from Dodge. We haven’t forgotten and neither did Superior Auto Design.
The last Viper to wear the Dodge badge with pride, the 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10, was considered the last hurrah of the ultimate muscle car in its era, before SRT made plans to resurrect it and give it a facelift, making the original Viper design more modern.
The main goal of Superior Auto Design for this build was to make the Dodge Viper SRT10 cool and wicked, even by today’s standard. Judging by the pictures we have for you, they have hit bull’s eye on that aspect.
Dodge Viper by Superior Auto Design gassguzzler

This custom build includes a revamped interior that includes new leather with diamond tufts and contrast stitching, painted center stack, new shift gear and e-brake boot. The exterior features a matte-black 3M wrap with gloss and carbon-fiber black accents. To increase the cool factor, SAD added red accents to certain elements of the exterior. To us, this custom Dodge Viper is what Bruce Wayne would’ve been driving if he had a fetish for American muscle cars.
The wicked-looking hood comes from the insanely evil Dodge Viper ACR and, to complement the whole build, SAD has fitted 20-inch black forged wheels with a red stripe on the outer lip, thereby wrapping up the whole custom build.
Under the hood, SAD left the 8.4-liter V-10 engine to its own devices. You can’t fault the tuner, as this engine is good for 600 horsepower and 560 pound-feet of torque, and sprinted the Viper to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds. Oh yeah, it was a Ferrari and Lambo killer in its heyday.
Overall, despite not being a custom build of the latest SRT Viper, it still grabs attention wherever it goes, like the original Viper used to back in ’ 92. Plus, this one has a top and outside door handles – two things that the 1992 Viper lacked.

Ferrari 458 Italia "Project China" by SR Auto Group

Ferrari 458 Italia "Project China" by SR Auto Group gassguzzler

Technology has come a long way even in the past couple of years. That’s especially more evident when somebody from halfway around the world asks somebody to do something on their cars.
That’s the situation Canadian tuner SR Auto Group found itself in after a Chinese customer asked SR to work on his Ferrari 458 Italia, a project that was only accomplished because of what SR described as a lot of "persistence, drive, and ambition".
The pretty cool part about this story was how the Chinese customer found about SR Auto Group. Care to venture a guess?
Yup, he found SR Auto Group online.
To its credit, SR Auto Group went ahead and did the build, dressing up the Ferrari supercar with what looks like a chrome-red body. The two-tone treatment also includes a polished-black hood and roof, and concludes with a set of 19-inch Modern Black PUR 4OUR Monoblock wheels.
The project took a couple of months to finish, but in the end, all parties involved got what they wanted. And they have the continuous growth of technology to thank for it.

BMW M3 by Velos Designwerks 2012

BMW M3 by Velos Designwerks 2012 gassguzzler

When you’re dealing with a sports coupe, like the BMW M3, it’s important to exercise a certain level of caution, particularly because of the many aftermarket programs for the car that are already in existence.
Nevertheless, Velos Designwerks did itself proud on this one, giving the German sports car an array of aerodynamic and performance modifications that gave the M3 a sportier and more aggressive look to go with an enhanced power.
Beginning with the exterior, the M3 was given a number of new components, including a new carbon fiber-front splitter to go with a set of dark-bronze lightweight forged alloy wheels. Velos Designwerks also lowered the car’s ride height and increased its handling characteristics via a KW V3 suspension lowering system. The M3’s stopping power was also improved with a new Brembo brake setup.
Moving on to the performance side, the BMW M3 already packs a mean punch with a 4.0-liter V-8 engine that produces 420 horsepower. Apparently, 420 ponies still isn’t enough for Velos Designwerks and thanks to their ESS VT625 supercharger kit, it managed to add another 200 horsepower to the M3, giving a staggering total of 620 ponies under its hood.

Rotary Supercars’ Website Shows Teaser of 2,800-Horsepower Supercar

Rotary Supercars’ Website Shows Teaser of 2,800-Horsepower Supercar gassguzzler

The last time we heard about Rotary Supercars was about a year ago when it started teasing this mysterious supercar that it described as the "Bugatti Slayer.”
Recently, a shadowy teaser image on their website was on full display, giving us hints of what to expect when this still-unnamed supercar breaks cover. In addition to the image, a rather cosmic-themed flash teaser video can also be played, which pretty much does the whole anticipatory tease, claiming that the supercar is "coming.”
Not much in the way of details except from what was announced over a year ago. If you need a refresher on that, Rotary Supercars claimed that this intergalactic supercar will be able to produce in excess of 2,800 horsepower and 3,494 Nm (2,577 pound-feet) of torque with an absolutely ridiculous 0 to 62 mph of just under one second and a top speed of about 280 mph.
It’s been a while since Rotary Supercars first bared details on this mysterious supercar, which seems to suggest that it could be right in the middle of the development of this machine.
Here’s to hoping that when it says "it’s coming,” it don’t mean another year or so of waiting.

Making of the Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series Brochure

We saw the new Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show and we have also seen it in action. Now it’s time to learn how the SLS AMG Black Series brochure is put together. Not exactly the same as seeing the car in action on the race track, but it is still an important piece to the supercar’s puzzle.
Watch the above video to get a good look at the editing that went into taking technical drawings and turning them into brochure-worthy images. It’s a pretty sweet video, despite the fact that we don’t get to see the SLS AMG Black Series scream around at all.
In case you forgot just how bad-ass the car is, it’s powered by an improved version of the 6.3-liter V-8 engine that delivers a total of 622 horsepower at 7,400 rpm and 468 pound-feet of torque at 5,500 rpm. The supercar uses this monstrous power to hit a top speed of 195 mph.
Enjoy the video!

Last SSC Ultimate Aero XT enters production

Last SSC Ultimate Aero XT enters production gassguzzler

Back in August, SSC unveiled the Ultimate Aero XT, which was a special edition Ultimate Aero featuring an all-new 423.6-cubic-inch 1,300 horsepower engine, and an updated exterior and interior. The XT was limited to only 5 units with each carrying a different price tag, with the most expensive one being the car number No. 5 at a whopping $850,000.
According to SSC, the final Aero XT is now entering production, so if you were planning to acquire one, it looks like you have missed your chance. This last Aero XT features an exterior color specially chosen by the customer and that will never be used again on any Ultimate Aero or Tuatara.
This special edition also features some key assemblies that will be featured in the upcoming Tuatara. The company’s new supercar will be delivered to first customers in 2013.
Our hats go off to the bunch at SSC, now we just need to wait and see is the Tuatara is everything SSC has touted it as – essentially a Bugatti Veyron killer…

Porsche Registers the "919" Moniker

Porsche Registers the "919" Moniker gassguzzler

A few weeks ago it was reported that Porsche was preparing to add a new sports car to its lineup. It has also been rumored that the new model — set to be placed between the 911 and the 918 — will be called the 961. The latter rumor may not come to fruition, as Porsche has just registered the "919" name at a German patent office. The new combination of numbers is listed as a "word mark,” meaning that it will be used in an upcoming production model.
What we cannot tell for sure is if this newly trademarked model is indeed the long-rumored sports car. The uncertainty seeps in because the "919" name make us think of a model placed above the 918, not between the 911 and 918.
The "919" name was registered in October and in the past few days it was entered in the patent register. We expect to hear more details about this new model in the upcoming months, so stay tuned!

Nissan’s "Bolt Gold" eBay Auction Raises $193,191

Nissan’s "Bolt Gold" eBay Auction Raises $193,191 gassguzzler

If Nissan was worried about the turnout for its recent GT-R Bolt Gold eBay auction, the amount the auction raised should quell all of those fears. At the end of the auction, which included the one-off ’Bolt Gold’ Nissan GT-R, a total of $193,191 was raised.
That’s an impressive haul if you ask us.
More importantly, all of the proceeds from the auction will be handed over to the Usain Bolt Foundation — a charitable organization founded by the Olympic star — in the hopes of providing educational and cultural opportunities for children and young people in the athlete’s home country, Jamaica.
In addition to the Golden Godzilla, the auction also featured signed memorabilia from Bolt himself, including racing helmets, fire-proof suits, driving boots, and even t-shirts the man himself wore during a recent visit to Nissan’s test track in Japan.
As for the winning bidder of the Bolt Gold GT-R, it’s probably best to temper his excitement a little bit because the car won’t be delivered to his waiting arms until March 2013.

Switzer Ultimate Street Edition Now Offered as a Production Model

Switzer Ultimate Street Edition Now Offered as a Production Model gassguzzler

Back in June, Switzer Performance unveiled its Ultimate Street Edition based on the Nissan GT-R, but at that point no one imagined that the model will enjoy such a great success. Switzer announced today that the tuner just moved from its 4,500 square-foot garage to a 105,000 square-foot complex in order to expand its tuning operations.
This new complex will be used to produce company’s new Ultimate Street Edition GT-R in limited-edition fashion. In the future, however, Switzer hopes to expand production to several cars per month.
The model will be available at selected Nissan dealers at an $88,990 premium over the GTR’s base sticker price. For the money you will get a GT-R powered by a heavily modified 3.8-liter V-6 engine that delivers a total of 1,000 horsepower, allowing the GT-R to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in the 2 second range. This Ultimate Street Edition GT-R will have a top speed of 200 mph.
"We took a small performance garage and turned it into a supercar factory. That’s the simplest way to put it, but we really changed everything about the way the shop operates. We have a section of the shop now that focuses on complete, ‘turnkey’ converted cars," says David Kim, CEO of Switzer Performance. "The Ultimate Street Edition GTR is that team’s focus."

Ferrari F12berlinetta by Oakley Design 2013

2013 Ferrari F12berlinetta by Oakley Design gassguzzler

In the past few weeks we have seen two different tuning packages for the Ferrari F12berlinetta. The first one came from Novitec Rosso and the second one from Wheelsandmore. WE are now set to bring you a third one, which comes courtesy of Oakley Design.
While Oakley Design opted to keep the engine upgrades a secret for now, the exterior package looks good and includes a front splitter, side skirts, new roof, rear spoiler and a new diffuser with oval tailpipes. The kit is made in carbon fiber, and so is the hood and the exterior mirrors. This material has been used to lower the car’s total weight and to improve its performance numbers.
Under the hood, we expect to see at least the same updates offered by the previous two upgrade packages: a V-12 engine delivering somewhere between 780 and 800 ponies. If not, the F12berlinetta is pretty impressive from factory, boasting a V-12 engine with 740 horsepower and 508 pound-feet of torque, with a top speed of over 211 mph.
We’ll update you as soon as Oakley releases the final output numbers.

Audi R8 V10 Limited Edition

Audi R8 V10 Limited Edition 2013 gassguzzler

If you thought the Audi R8 China Edition was rare, then you’ll be shocked to know that there’s a limited-edition model that’s even rarer than that. This is the Audi R8 V10 Limited Edition and, as its name suggests, Audi is only building a select number of these babies — 30 in all — for the Chinese market. To distinguish itself from the rest of the R8s out there, including the aforementioned China Edition, Audi decided to dress up the R8 Limited Edition in a unique Nordic Gold paint finish that, on looks alone, can make a serious case as a permanent color option for the R8.
Aesthetic modifications are also abound for this limited-run model, highlighted by front and rear air intakes and outlets, lightweight tailpipes, and a radiator grille that has been finished in matte black. The dress up continues with the front and rear slats. Additionally, the rear bumper, and the radiator grille surround and bars all sport a matte-titanium-grey finish. The front spoiler, side blades, fixed rear wing and the enlarged diffuser have been upgraded to carbon matte.
Inside, the R8 Limited Edition features sports bucket seats and headlining, both of which have been dressed with black Alcantara with contrasting stitching and piping, and the knee pad now comes in shark skin black with its own contrast stitching. Carbon matte, or at least inlays of it, was also used inside, particularly the A-pillar and the door pulls. To assert the limited-edition nature of this R8, the aluminum gear knob comes with a limited edition number, ranging from 1 to 33 with the numbers 4, 14, and 24 excluded from the list. Why, you ask? The number "4" equates to bad mojo for the Chinese.
Audi China has priced the R8 Limited Edition at 2,628,000 yuan, which is around $420,000 based on current exchange rates, an amount that affluent and passionate Chinese auto enthusiasts won’t have trouble shelling out.

Koenigsegg Agera R Hundra 2013

2013 Koenigsegg Agera R Hundra gassguzzler

Koenigsegg is celebrating the production of its 100th Agera with the unveiling of the one-off Agera R Hundra — the word "Hundra" is the Swedish translation for "one hundred." This one-off edition is distinguished by a hand-made piping in 24-carat gold, and 24-carat-gold thread embroidery on the seats and dash board.
The model is based on the Agera R, so it features the same exterior body kit, including front and side winglets, and that huge rear wing that provides increased downforce. However, the upcoming Agera R Hundra features a bespoke color trim and carbon-fiber wheels.
Under the hood, the Hundra features the usual 5.0-liter V-8 engine with twin turbochargers that delivers a total of 1,140 horsepower. The car sprints from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds and to 124 mph in 7.5 seconds. Top speed for the Agera R Hundra is 273 mph.

Possible F70 Teaser Leaked in China

Possible F70 Teaser Leaked in China gassguzzler

We’ve had a pretty exciting 2012 with so many supercars, special editions and one-offs being released this year. There’s one of these bad boys that we still haven’t seen yet with the exception of some camouflaged spy videos and teaser images here and there, and that’s the Ferrari F70.
As the successor to the iconic Enzo, the F70 is a big deal. A pretty huge deal, in fact. So, it comes as no surprise that the entire automotive world is eager to see what the F70 is going to look like and are foaming at the mouth to find out its performance credentials.
Well, we have some interesting news regarding the former because it appears that a teaser photo of the F70 was unveiled at a recent Ferrari event in China. The photo, which comes by way of a Chinese Weibo page via GT Spirit, shows a Prancing Horse supercar peeking out of the shadows with the headlights and the air vents on the hood clearly distinguishable.
We wish there was a clearer photo of the car, but seeing as we’ve been hopelessly waiting for photos of the F70, we’ll take any photo of it anyway we can get it.

Audi AS5 Coupe by ABT Sportsline

Audi AS5 Coupe by ABT Sportsline gassguzzler

Not one to be left out of all the fun at the 2012 Essen Motor Show, ABT Sportsline decided to join in on all the festivities by bringing a number of aftermarket programs, including one for the Audi A5 Coupe.
Visually, the AS5 Coupe is treated to a host of new aerodynamic components, which add a sportier look to the car and provide enhanced performance capabilities. From the front lip spoiler to the side skirts, the fender inserts, the rear skirt, the rear spoiler and the quad-pipe exhaust system, each of these new components are fitted to the AS5 with the goal of giving the sports car an edgier look and feel to it. Add the lowered suspension springs, coil-over kit and a set of CR or DR alloy wheels, and you have a sports coupe that’s primed and ready to throw down against the field.
At the heart of ABT Sportsline’s modification program is the series of performance enhancements given to the entire engine lineup. For starters, the 1.8-liter TFSI model received an output boost to 211 horsepower — up from the 170 ponies the model carried in standard guise. Then there’s the 2.0 TFSI, which sees its output rise from 211 horsepower all the way up to 270 horsepower.
Not one to be left out in the cold, the AS5 2.0-liter Turbodiesel also got into the mix, as is receives a power bump from 177 horsepower to 205 horsepower. The 3.0-liter diesel variant rounds out the diesel engines by jumping from its standard 245 horsepower to a more thrilling 300 horsepower.
Finally, the most powerful AS5 of them all… The 3.0-liter gasoline engine, now packs a whopping 380 horsepower, a stout 108-horsepower increase from the standard 272 ponies.

DMC Releases Another Teaser For The Special Edition Aventador

DMC Releases Another Teaser For The Special Edition Aventador gassguzzler

The DMC has set the date — 12/12/12 — when it will officially unveil what is now becoming a highly anticipated, special-edition Lamborghini Aventador. This particular model took its inspiration from another one-off Aventador, the Aventador J, and is being touted as a nuttier model than the 900-horsepower Aventador Molto Veloce.
In the weeks leading up to the unveiling, DMC Tuning released a couple of teaser photos of the Aventador getting prepped by company engineers. The latest to come out gives us a pretty good look at the front end of the Italian supercar, which appears to have been completely turned into carbon fiber.
Seeing this makes us wonder if DMC still has more of those carbon-fiber components lying around its garage; we certainly wouldn’t be surprised if the Italian supercar’s rear end gets the same oversized carbon-fiber bumper as the front. Heck, at this point, it won’t shock us if the entire body was turned into carbon fiber!
DMC has yet to reveal any details regarding the performance numbers of this special edition Aventador. Make no mistake about it, we expect an output of at least 900 horsepower. Wouldn’t make sense to tout this build so much and have it end up being less powerful than the Molto Veloce, right?

Toyota GT86 by Barracuda 2013

2013 Toyota GT86 by Barracuda gassguzzler

We’ll be the first to admit that we have some sort of auto-crush on the Toyota GT86. Actually, it extends to the Subaru BRZ and the Scion FR-S too but since we’re talking about the GT86 here, we’re going to give extra love to Toyota’s spanking-new sports coupe.
So, when an aftermarket company releases a program for the GT86, our senses become heightened because if there’s one thing this world can’t have enough of — apart from food and water, that is — it’s tuning programs for the GT86.
Swiss tuning firm, Barracuda Racing Wheels, decided to make our day by revealing its own take on the GT86. Despite not carrying any performance mods, BRW’s aerodynamic program for the GT86 is downright stunning. The huge rear wing that was installed on the GT86 will definitely catch your attention. But not just an eye-catcher, as it’s got some serious purpose too, improving the car’s overall handling by adding some needed downforce to keep the sports coupe from flying off the road.
The real stars of BRW’s program are the bespoke wheels bolted onto the GT86. These 20-inch alloy rims can be had in a variety of color finishes, including matte black; polished, hi-gloss-black; real-chrome; white-polished; and gun-metal. If those colors aren’t enough, Barracuda can also offer them in a variety of candy tones.
Sure, this program for the GT86 doesn’t have any performance mods. But rest assured, if you’re in the market for aero improvements and new rims for your new Toyota sports coupe, Barracuda Racing Wheels is your hook-up.
